Section Introduction
- Birds have wings with feathers. Feathers and wings make it possible for birds to fly and streamline their bodies to keep up their body heat. Processus carinatus protruding from breastbone is fixed with flight muscle to generate power for take-off. Birds are optimized for flight with their bone empty and beak lightweight. Visitors can see diverse birds living in Korea and protected birds designated as a national monument.
